Like anything else, it is a matter of perspective and coming up with our respective definition of the word and what it stands for. If it were just the literal, traditional or more common meaning that we’d focus on, the first part of our verse would be the only one that could resonate sense. Yet if we expand our viewpoints and traverse its figurative essence, then we may be able to arrive at its more transcendent albeit unusual significance.
